Our story
Houny was born in 2024 out of a simple frustration: going out in Tunis was still entirely offline. You discovered venues through friends' WhatsApp messages, lost paper loyalty cards, and had no way to know if a café was worth the trip before you made it.
We built Houny as a three-sided hospitality marketplace — not a food delivery clone, but a “going out” platform. Consumers discover nearby venues on a live map, earn loyalty rewards validated by QR at the counter, and share experiences with friends. Owners get a real presence and a loyal customer base. Workers find hospitality gigs and shifts.
We are Tunis-first and MENA-bound. The warmth, the social fabric, the café culture of this city is our product's soul — and we intend to carry it across the region.
